You are solely and exclusively responsible for any content, URLs, or data you encode into QR Codes using this service. We do not review, screen, or moderate user-generated content. You represent that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws.

You agree to use 5QR exclusively for lawful purposes. You accept responsibility for ensuring that any content encoded through the service respects the intellectual property rights of third parties, complies with applicable data protection regulations, and adheres to all laws in the jurisdiction from which you access the service.
Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or permanently discontinue the service or any part of it at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason. We have no obligation to maintain or continue offering the service.

Intellectual Property
5QR and all associated branding, software, and design assets remain the property of their respective owners as identified in our Impressum. QR Codes you generate using the service are produced entirely within your browser. We assert no ownership over any content you encode or any QR Code output you produce.

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always at 5qr.net/terms. Accessing the service following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision is severed. The remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is registered, as identified in our Impressum. Where mandatory local consumer protection law applies in your jurisdiction, those protections remain unaffected by these Terms.
Governing Language
